Failure of email addressIf during a distribution your email proves to be invalid, your enrollment for eDelivery will be cancelled and you will receive a hard copy notification of the cancellation. You will be given instructions on how to re-enroll for eDelivery.Option to receive hard copyIf you wish to receive hardcopy of any record already available for eDelivery, you may request one free from your broker or financial professional.Hardware/software requirementsIn order to consent for eDelivery, you will need the capability to view the documents via a personal computer, iPad or equivalent with appropriate browser software, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, and email software as well as communications access to the Internet in order to view the documents. This access may incur charges from Internet service providers and local telephone or cable companies. These costs are your responsibility. In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you will need Adobe? Acrobat? viewer software.
